The Minister of Environment and Climate Change was required to choose a budget for EMAB for the 2025-27 period because of a disagreement between EMAB and Diavik about the amounts. He has selected the budget proposed by Diavik as per section 4.8(e)(v) in the Environmental Agreement. EMAB is considering our response.
